WHAT IT IS
Since Gutenberg, publishing means one book for many readers. Here it is many books, one reader each.
① An engine calculates, from a date of birth, a book that exists in a single copy, and typesets it.
② A French-speaking conversational artificial intelligence, the Oracle z/S, reads it aloud, without flattery.
③ A public register records every prophecy with its deadline, and publishes the verdict when the deadline falls · right or wrong.
④ An annual reckoning applies the same protocol to the world’s public forecasts · press, institutes, analysts, voices of destiny, and us.
⑤ A nine-article charter, each article enforced by a mechanism you can open from the page.
The catalogue needs no translation. A date is a date on five continents. An entry, a shelf mark, a year, a print run of one · these read anywhere. It is the only door through which eight billion people can enter without a single reading having been translated.

THE CHARTER
Nine rules. Nine machines.
Each of these is enforced by a named mechanism you can verify. On the French page, each article carries the measured state of its machine, at the hour it was written · including the two that are not yet enforced.
Everything we assert is calculated, and the calculation is published with the result.
Every prophecy carries a deadline at the moment it is issued.
Every prophecy that comes due is judged in public, right or wrong.
An error is published at the same size and in the same place as a success.
Our accuracy rate is public, including when it falls.
We judge the world’s prophecies with the protocol we apply to ourselves.
Every book is printed in one copy, and it is deposited.
What we gave up on is published, with the reason.
No personal data enters a public register.
The business model of this market rests entirely on being unverifiable. A statement with no deadline can never be wrong. A rate you never publish can never fall. A competitor copying this charter would have to publish their errors and their rate · they cannot follow us without destroying themselves.
